Exchange & Return

We know that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn’t work out, we will gladly help you through the return or exchange process within 14 days after receiving your order applies.

  • Damaged or wrong products

Please inspect the received items within 48 hours of accepting the package, Should you have any inquiries, kindly reach out to our after-sales team.

After the initial 48-hour period, we will consider the product to be in perfect condition without any issues.
We appreciate your prompt inspection. Thank you for your understanding.

In case of a damaged product or a different product has been delivered than you ordered, please contact us for further instructions. Return costs will be for us in the event a damaged or the wrong product has been delivered to you.

  •  Exchanges

Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges at the moment, but you can place a new order and initiate a return. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive the returned package.

  • Returns

The returned product must maintain the original new unused state, quality, and function when it was received, and not affect the secondary sale of the product. Please attach all original product tags, accessories, any accompanying gifts and any other bundled gift box packaging. When returning the parcel, please make sure to use the original packaging

For returns that are not due to product quality issues, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

  • Exceptions / non-returnable items

Customized items, gift cards, and final sale items cannot be returned/exchanged. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Certain situations where no refunds are granted:
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
